Our factory is in Lingchen chemical industrial zone of Shangdong provnice and special in producing SULPHUR BLACK both in powder and liquid. It is the first company in China for producing LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK from raw materials to liquid . The total monthly output capacity for liquid is about 4000 metric tons and 1500 metric tons for powder.
The main workshop of the factory, 12 meters high, covering 1778 square meter, is equipped with 77 different kinds of reactors. The raw materials enter the workshop and are transited to sulphur black and hypo products. Then the materials would be transferred to the next process for finishing where affiliated with tail gas absorption system. The tail gas absorption system and important processes are automatically controlled to ensure the safety and environmentally friendly of the production.
